Purpose of the role
- Be in charge of site distillery and visit center maintenance, including process equipment (e.g. mash, fermentation, distillation), visit center facilities, distillery and visit center buildings, water feature and landscapes etc.
- Compliant with national regulations and corporate disciplines. Build an iconic world class whiskey distillery and visit center infrastructure.
- Support site and site engineering team e.g. backup of Utility engineer, Engineering manager.
Key Accountabilities
- Be responsible for maintenance activities’ safety not only hands on by yourself also the third-party maintenance activities. Support every area’s SBO and defects rectification.
- Establish distillery and visit center equipment ledger and classify equipment criticality. Define correct maintenance strategy for every single equipment and execute accordingly. Ensure the maintenance effectiveness and quality.
- Scrub PM plan annually and execute accordingly. Support AM activities. Improve MTBF continuously, and continue to improve equipment .
- Spare parts management, rank every spare part and establish spares ledger. Manage spares inventory.
- Manage maintenance workshop and tools.
- Maintain reliability data and engineering documents.
- Other related tasks assigned.
Requirements
- Hold low voltage certification.
- Ideally educated to degree level. Automation or Mechanical-electrical engineering background related. 3years related job experience above and automation related project experience.
- SAP experience is preferred.
- Good craft skills and put customer first.
- Read and written English required.

- 在工厂及游客中心进行的本人及所管理的第三方外包维修维护作业，须遵守国家法规，遵守公司内部规章。区域执行无伤害安全作业标准；碳中和环保标准。打造标志性世界级威士忌酒厂与游客中心基础设施。
- 支持工厂与工厂工程团队，例如：作为公用系统工程师的备份，作为工程经理的备份。
主要工作：
- 对本人及所管理的第三方外包维修维护活动安全负责，积极支持各区域安全隐患排查与治理。
- 建立健全工厂及游客中心设备台账，对各设备制定适用的预防性维护策略并切实执行，实现有效维修维护。保证维修维护质量。
- 维护预防性维护计划及落实预防性维护活动的执行。支持自主维护活动。持续延长平均故障间隔时间，持续提高设备可靠性。
- 备件管理工作，对各设备零配件有效分级，维护零配件台账，落实库存管理。
- 管理维修间与维修工机具。
- 负责维护可靠性数据报表。维护工程资料档案。
- 完成上级交办的其他任务。
要求：
- 持低压电工特种作业操作证。
- 自控或机电一体化相关专业理论背景，具有3年以上本相似岗位实践经验及自控项目经验。
- 具有SAP经验优先。
- 动手能力与技巧，服务意识强。
- 具备英语读写能力。
