1． 大专及以上学历
2． 机电一体化专业或机械类专业。
3． 5年以上机械维修经验，动手能力强
4． 具有有效电焊操作证；如有PP焊及机床操作经验优先考虑
5． 良好的SAP、Office及AutoCAD应用能力
6． 基本的英语读写能力
7． 思维开阔、具有创新意识
8． 正直、诚实，良好的团队合作精神
9. 具备良好的机械专业知识和丰富的机械维修经验和技能，具有良好的电焊或塑料焊接技能者优先。
10. 熟悉常用机械设备，特别是化工设备检修、保养方法、预防性维护和流程。
11. 熟悉化工行业检维修作业的安全作业规范和常用的检修工具、机具等技术设备。
12. 熟悉化工行业维修作业的安全技术规定和常用的工具、机具。
13. 熟悉国家及化工行业相关安全法规，例如：GB30871；
14.了解国家及化工行业工艺安全管理（PSM）相关内容；
15. 熟练使用化工行业常用安全管理工具，如JSA、RCA、5WHY等
16. 需要具备一定项目管理能力。
17. 优秀的学习、分析、应变能力。
18. 良好的数据统计和分析能力。
19. 良好的客户服务意识，沟通表达能力和团队协作能力。
20. 良好的职业道德和职业素养。
