The Impact You'll Make
As our Maintenance Engineer, you’ll play a key role in managing all equipment & facility and implementing related repair and maintenance.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Ensure all manufacturing processes (washing, assembly, testing, painting, labeling, and packaging) are stable, standardized, and well-documented.
- Ensure high equipment uptime by developing and executing preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
- Utilize structured problem-solving tools such as 5 Why’s, Fishbone (Ishikawa), DMAIC, and A3 reports to resolve recurring issues.
- Identify and execute productivity improvement initiatives that enhance throughput and remove bottlenecks.
- Monitor & troubleshoot electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems.
- Provide line support for the assembly cell and is the next level of escalation after the cell expert for manufacturing issues related to safety and process quality.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in industrial maintenance, mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical or electronic systems a plus but not required.
- Working knowledge of quality/problem solving tools (PPAP, Capability studies, PFMEA, Gauge R&R, 4-Step, 8D, Fishbone).
- Familiarity with TPM and SMED techniques. Ability to read and understand hydraulic & electrical schematics.
