Our Aerospace client based in Shanghai, China, are looking to appoint a Lean Management Consultant, to be engaged on their aerospace programs.
- Support the construction/optimization of the lean organization structure for the Regional Jet Production division.
- Propose improvements to lean management and production.
- Share successful domestic and international lean management practices.
- Execute other lean management tasks assigned by leadership.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or above.
- Major in industrial engineering or lean management.
- Proven track record of delivering lean management programmes.
- Work experience at two or more well-known domestic or international companies.
- Proven contributions to enterprise lean management.
- High recognition in the lean management industry.
