LAUNCH ENGINEER
Responsibilities
- Manage the timing during launch phase, especially from DF to SOP/GR5
- Arrange and manage IRRs and support customer R@R audit
- Escalate risk of timing/quality/cost to management team in time
- Collaborate APQP/VC ProMap Events & Millstones upon requirement
- Lead team to solve the problem during launch phase
- Delivery management before SOP
- Successful transfer projects to plant team during SOP phase
- Launch P&L management
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree, major in mechanical or social related
- At least 3 years project management experience
- Preferred in the automotive industry with complex project and process
- Problem analysis and solving
- Strong logical thinking
