About the role
The Junior Growth Manager will work closely with the Growth Lead to learn and develop the full scope of responsibilities required of a Growth Manager at Flexion. This role is designed to provide structured, hands-on experience in managing relationships, driving growth initiatives, and building effective solutions for internal and external challenges.
Development Path: This role is designed as a stepping stone toward becoming a full Growth Manager. The Junior Growth Manager will gradually take on more ownership in: Partner account management. Leading cross-functional initiatives. Developing negotiation and conflict-resolution skills. Driving independent projects with measurable impact.
Main Responsibilities
- Support the Growth Lead in day-to-day activities, including managing partner relationships, coordinating projects, and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Learn and apply structured approaches to problem-solving in challenging situations, both internally (cross-team collaboration, project alignment) and externally (partner negotiations, developer support).
- Assist in relationship management with developers, app store partners, and key stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and project delivery.
- Document processes and learnings to support continuous improvement of Growth team guidelines and playbooks.
- Collaborate across departments (Commercial, Marketing, Product, Operations) to support successful onboarding and scaling of partners.
- Contribute to reporting and analysis, helping identify opportunities for improvement in workflow, partnerships, and outcomes.
