Job Description
- Lead SiP Packaging reliability technologies landscapes, thru researching, survey, benchmark & innovation;
- Reliability risk assessment on technolgies & platforms;
- Integrate the new technologies & platforms in SiP Package design & process, to prove the reliability;
- Deliver the reliability related design rules for SIP Packaging;
- Fit with product roadmap, develop VECQ method to foresee reliability risk by evaluating emerging technologies for SiP PKG product qualification.
Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Semiconductor science / Material / Electronic or equivalent.
- Skillful at English communication, on writing & speaking.
- Good communication skill.
- Knowledge of Semiconductor manufacturing process and automotive standard practices is a plus.
