We are looking for a HPWH&EWH Industrial Engineer for process improve and industrial support during the product development process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for the work related to the process (punching, welding, enamel, assembly) improvement of WU plant.
- Identify waste and bottleneck positions in the production site, and carry out improvement projects to enhance production efficiency.
- Production capacity analysis and assessment, line balance optimization to enhance production capacity.
- Optimize production layout, improve material flow and reduce inventory.
- Analyze the problems in production and propose improvement plans to ensure that production meets the product process requirements.
- Prepare manufacturability inspection forms applicable to new products, process flow and feasibility analysis, PFMEA, new product working hour estimation and process system maintenance.
- Collect the problem points in the trial production of new products, find solutions and implement verification.
- Write and update Sops and provide training to employees.
- To newly manufacture or modify tooling fixtures and material racks that can assist production operations at the production site.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above, majored in industrial engineering or related fields.
- Proficient in lean production tools, such as lean line layout, VSM, problem-solving techniques, DFMA, PFMEA, SMED, 5S, etc. Skilled use of office software and CAD drawing tools, understanding of 3D drawing tools.
- Good written English skills for an efficient daily global communication.
The ideal candidates:
- Have more than 1 year of IE working experience.
- Have experience in lean production.
- Have good learning ability and practical ability, be good at gathering experience and knowledge during dally work, finish task in time and give feedback quickly, have good executive capability.
- Have a high sense of responsibility, good communication and coordination skills and team spirit.
- Experience in welding, stamping and enameling processes is preferred.
