Position overview
As a HR Executive, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our people strategies to support business growth and organizational excellence. You will be responsible for driving key HR initiatives across talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and HR operations. This role requires a proactive, people-centric professional who can collaborate across departments and contribute to a high-performing, inclusive workplace culture.
What you ‘ll be doing
- Collaborate with functional leaders to understand their unique HR needs, providing strategic advice and solutions that support their objectives and drive business performance.
- Develop and implement initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and retention, making our company an attractive long-term workplace.
- Implement effective development programs that enhance employee skills and capabilities, ensuring alignment with business goals and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Establish and nurture a positive workplace culture that supports diversity, equity, and inclusion, while reinforcing our organizational values.
- Oversee the recruitment of top talent across various functions, employing innovative sourcing strategies tailored to meet our operational needs.
- Facilitate performance management processes, providing guidance on goal-setting, feedback, and development plans to enhance individual and team performance.
- Ensure that HR policies and practices are compliant with legal regulations and reflect best practices, providing guidance to management and employees.
- Support organizational change initiatives by partnering with leadership to manage transitions effectively, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
Requirements
Who we’re looking for
- At least 3 years of experience in HR Generalist or HRBP.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Hospitality or related fields.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment tools/ software.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team environment.
- Understanding of recruitment best practices, laws, and regulations.
