Description and Requirements
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead HR AI project end-to-end with a results-driven approach.
- Communicate with stakeholders to deeply understand business needs and pain points.
- Design generative AI solutions for HR related business, including technology selection, architecture design, and data processing workflows.
- Draft detailed solution documentation, including technical plans, implementation schedules, and cost estimates.
- Oversee overall project planning and management, ensuring timely and quality project delivery.
- Coordinate internal teams to facilitate smooth and effective testing.
- Address various issues during the project to ensure the achievement of project goals.
- Provide technical consulting and support to internal users in the field of AI & generative AI, addressing their technical inquiries.
- Acting as an AI tech product manager to increase user experience for HR systems and products.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related fields, or equivalent experience
- At least 5 years of experience in the Generative AI field. Proven track record of launching AI products in enterprise.
- Ability to lead complex AI projects with multiple stakeholders, navigating dependencies and driving to successful outcomes.
- Wide knowledge of GenAI and RAG strategies, micro services, MCP, A2A, recommnedation system and prompt engineering.
- Deep understanding of LLM, RAG pipelines, vector databases, orchestration of AI agents.
- Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into concrete technical solutions.
- Effective communication skills to articulate technical concepts clearly and collaborate with cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization, capable of influencing and engaging diverse audiences.
- Deep understanding of the AI market, with the ability to identify industry trends and customer needs.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Experience in successfully implementing AI application & solution for HR is a plus.
