Qualifications
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
- OR equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in AI, platforms, or productivity software.

Deep understanding of models, key AI technologies, and the end-to-end AI product lifecycle.

Proven product thinking with the ability to connect user needs, business goals, and technical capabilities.

Hands-on experience shipping successful AI-powered features; skilled in prompt design, rapid prototyping, and evaluation methods.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to define metrics and use data to drive decisions.

Exceptional communication and storytelling skills; able to drive clarity and alignment across teams and with leadership.

Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.

Quick learner and highly adaptive to the fast-evolving AI landscape with high energy.
- Experience working with distributed teams across regions and time zones with various cultures.
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese (written and verbal).

Responsibilities
As a Senior Product Manager, you will define and deliver intelligent product experiences across Microsoft products like Office, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive. In this role, you will:
- Identify high-impact opportunities to integrate AI into core product scenarios.
- Design features that leverage LLMs and other AI technologies, collaborating closely with engineering, design, and research teams.
- Define success metrics, evaluate product quality, and iterate based on data and user feedback.
- Partner with platform teams to ensure scalability, privacy, and responsible AI compliance.
- Drive planning, prioritization, and alignment with key stakeholders across multiple teams.
- Lead experimentation and model evaluation to ensure features ship with high quality and confidence.
- Foster a culture of fast iteration, continue learning and improvement with strong growth mindset.
- Energize teams and partners to move with agility while delivering customer impact.
