Ensuring Customs Compliance for dedicated OESL Organizations

• Set and track countermeasures
• Information about impact on business
• Monitor trade compliance legislation and ist impact on operational activities within China
• Monitor and Review Compliance with internal trade compliance procedures of OESL

Support in Trade Compliance Implementation for dedicated legal entities

• Export control, CBAM and EUDR management
• HS Code classification, Dual-use classification, export control evaluation of applicability
• Support regarding licenses and permissions
• Aligned contact with official authorities

Support in Process Optimization

• Adaption to new trade compliance legislation in China
• Trigger Simplifications
• Support handling of special requests from trade compliance
• Support Law&Compliance team in topics related to China.

Bachelor degree or similar degree /qualification in the field of operations / logistics / international trade

Several years of professional experience in the area of customs

Experience in the standardization of customs processes

Experience as a customs responsible

Project management experience

Several years of leadership experience

Experienced in working successfully on an international level in projects as well as direct responsibility

Expert knowledge on legal regulations - customs legislation in the region China

Extensive knowledge in rollout of standards (e.g. documentation, release, enforcement)

Excellent communication skills, including presentation
