Position summary:
This role demonstrates the accountabilities for order management & fulfilment, 3PL WH/inventory management, sample management, local distribution, reverse logistics, order/ERP related reporting & analysis and own operational project and initiatives, help the management team to facilitate communication, process setup and track the critical progress, it acts as customer focal point for solutions to cross functional stakeholders and support set of Stryker company objectives
Essential Duties & Responsibilities: (Detailed Description)
Provide overall customer service and fulfilment support to business in monthly revenue recognition
Manage backlog effectively and work with BU for order accuracy
Drive effective order allocation to ensure an up-to-date inventory gap/surplus status against shipment target on monthly basis
Order fulfilment in ERP system against payment progress (COD), inventory status, and customer requests
Coordinate with vendors (3PL, WH) and internal parties to facilitate other operational efficiency efforts
Co-operate with QA to keep 3PL’s work in line with SOP and regulatory requirements
Ensure sales revenue recognition process effective based on financial guideline
Maintain accurate operations & financial records and documents archives
Manage KPI performance with 3PL and internal parties for improvement opportunities
Manage end to end process of RA and MKT samples, ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Manage 3PL warehouse to optimize sample storage, shipping and returns, monthly sample reporting & analysis
Education & Experience:
University graduate or Bachelor degree or above from science/Logistics/Supply Chain major is preferred
6+ years logistics / supply chain / order fulfilment experience
Proficient in ERP, MS Office suite of software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio
Proficient analytical and presentation skill, demonstrated ability to break down complexities
Knowledge in Medical device industry and operations in China Free trade zone as well as sound understanding of trade regulations and CFDA policy a plus

Able to work independently with minimum supervision, also self-discipline
Good command of spoken & written English
Customer oriented and deliver the result
Good command of Excel spread-sheet analysis is another plus
