Finance Manager, Group & Management Reporting

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist CFO to oversight of operations of Finance department covering Shanghai Branch and Beijing Branch.
Closely monitor and follow up any e
• ception issue in accounting system for both Branches.
• To ensure the reliable and punctual recording/reporting of the financial transactions of ING China Branches, and lead Hub team to prepare group FA & MA reports for Shanghai Branch and China consol level.
• Be responsible for branch financial performance analysis, for FA & MA related reporting.
• Be responsible for financial planning on income statement and balance sheet, and control together with regional finance and branch management.
• Be responsible for SH and China cost control tracking against budget and provide insightful suggestion about control measures.
• Advise business lines on accounting and operational issues on transactions.
• Be responsible for raising business requirements and UAT for project related, if impacting FA/MA/RR related reports.
Support CFO, Head of Finance and Ta
• , and branch management for ad-hoc tasks.

Job Description

System Maintenance

Daily monitor system reconciliation report and coordinate related party to fi any eception issue.Set up any accounting requirement for new product implementation in system.

Reports

Punctual and correct submission of group financial & MIS information and reports, and EAST reports to NFRA. Frequently improve the quality of reporting in line with HO & local management requirement. Financial planning and control in collaboration with Regional Finance and branch management; Prepare ALCO material for Finance and advise on finance related issues in the branch's ALCO Timely respond to any query from group/regional/business/management regarding to the financial information provided.

Other

Keep a high-standard filing of own working area Familiarize with the workload of other team members and capable of being back-up. To review and approve payments to vendors and staff; Ad-hoc job assigned

Requirements

• University degree in Finance and Accounting preferred
Working in a finance function for at least 8 years, e
• perience in banking sector preferred
• Strong analytical skills
• Good verbal communication skills in English
