This Position reports to:
Finance Manager
岗位职责：
1. 经营分析支持：
- 协助收集、清洗和整理业务及财务数据（如收入、成本、费用等），制作月度/季度经营分析报表。
- 通过数据分析定位异常波动原因，并分析原因。
2. 财务建模与预测：
- 协助搭建基础财务模型（如收入预测、成本分摊、ROI分析等），支持预算编制或滚动预测。
- 学习使用BI工具（如Power BI、Tableau）或Python/SQL进行数据可视化及自动化分析。
3. 跨部门协作：
- 与业务、运营等部门对接，验证数据准确性并推动分析结论落地。
任职要求：
1. 教育背景：
- 研究生在读，财务、会计、经济、统计学、数据分析等相关专业优先。
2. 硬性技能：
- 熟练使用Excel（函数、透视表、图表制作），掌握PowerPoint撰写分析报告。
- 加分项：财务建模能力/学习过SQL、Python、Power BI等工具/有CPA、CMA相关课程基础。
3. 软性能力：
- 逻辑清晰，具备较强的数据敏感度和业务好奇心，能通过数据发现问题。
- 良好的沟通能力，能将财务术语转化为业务部门可理解的建议。
4. 经验要求：
- 有财务分析实习经历者优先，无经验但学习能力强亦可。
