讲者新增/维护与COI新增/更新：Luban&Fiori 在2个系统中完成讲者新增/更新，并持续跟进进度： 1、Luban中发起讲者新增/维护或COI新增/维护流程； 2、若讲者选择线下完成新增或信息更新，实习生需要将支持材料上传至Luban； 3、将支持材料上传至Fiori，并跟催审批； 赞助会预付款申请 1、整理预付款申请资料：PO单、盖章合作协议、日程、招商函、会议通知、预付款申请表格、SEMS截图； 2、将支持材料邮件发送至P2P，完成预付款申请； 赞助会预付款核销 1、扫描发票并在发票上注明：PO号，申请人邮箱、“冲预付”； 2、将发票快递至财务中心； 下PO：赞助会议、讲课费、采购类 讲课费报税 1、填写讲课费报税表格； 2、将报税表格及核销照片邮件发送至P2P，完成讲课费报税申请； 打款情况跟进 1、跟进赞助会、讲课费、其他采购类po打款情况； 2、联系P2P提供打款凭证； 接收快递&协议盖章：讲者协议、会议合作协议 1、按协议类别，准备盖章支持材料： 会议合作协议：HCO在库截图、SEMS截图、POA审批记录、法务&合规对合同的确认邮件（如修改条款）； 讲者协议：HCP在库截图、SEMS截图、POA审批记录； 2、填写盖章申请表，并按要求发送盖章申请邮件； 3、盖章； 预定会议室 更新实习生教程： 按照公司最新要求，更新实习生工作教程和链接；
