Key Responsibilities:
- Channel Management: Support channel sales manager to oversee the day-to-day
operations of distribution channels within electronics vertical (legacy EMSD),
ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze channel performance metrics,
identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to optimize channel efficiency.
- Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute channel strategies that align with overall business goals and market trends.
- Program execution: cooperate with portfolio, segment marketing team to execute
MDP, PDR, DSR program to drive business growth
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new channel opportunities
and stay informed about industry developments and competitor activities.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to channel partners to enhance their capabilities and ensure compliance with company standards and policies
