This role is responsible to ESH management of Shanghai Manufacturing Site reports directly to EHS Supervisor.

Major Responsibilities of the Position:

- 负责EHS体系的搭建与认证，负责EHS各类台账和记录的管理。
Responsible for building and certifying the EHS system and managing various EHS ledgers and records.
- 开展各类EHS培训及组织各项应急演练、EHS的宣传教育、EHS文化提升工作。
Carry out various EHS training and organize emergency drills, EHS publicity and education, and EHS culture enhancement work.
- 负责职业危害项目申报，对员工职业健康进行监护，职业健康档案管理，组织职业病体检、复查、职业病治疗等。
Responsible for declaring occupational hazard projects, monitoring employee occupational health, managing occupational health records, organizing occupational disease examinations, re examinations, and occupational disease treatments.
- 负责EHS内审、外审事项的跟踪与管理。
Responsible for tracking and managing EHS internal and external audit matters
- 劳动防护用品的发放、管理、适应性评估，应急物资、医疗物资的采购管理。
Distribution, management, and adaptability assessment of PPE，Purchasing and management of emergency and medical supplies.
- 开展JHA及环境因素识别。
Carry out JHA and environmental factor identification.
- 参与公司各类事故的调查、处理、汇总、统计分析及事故督促责任部门落实整改。
Participating in the investigation, handling, summarization, statistical analysis of various company accidents, and supervising the responsible departments to implement rectifications.
- 参与公司内部的安全检查、跟进整改项目。
Responsible for organizing internal safety inspections and following up on rectification projects.
- 参与新项目、新设备引入的风险评估及变更影响评估。
Participate in risk assessment and change impact assessment for new projects and new equipment introduction.
- 配合消防维保开展消防相关工作。
Cooperate with fire maintenance to carry out fire-related work.
- 参与环保设施有效运行的监管及危废、医废、一般固废的运行台账管理及数据复核。
Participate in the supervision of effective operation of environmental protection facilities, as well as the management of operation records and data review for hazardous waste, medical waste, and general solid waste.
- EHS团队内部工作的支持以及配合其他部门工作，协助解决其他部门的EHS需求。Support the internal work of the EHS team and collaborate with other departments to assist in addressing their EHS needs..

Qualifications
资质要求
- 至少8年EHS医疗大健康工作经验（医药、医疗器械、化工企业工作经验）。
At least 8 years of EHS medical and health work experience (working in pharmaceutical, medical device, and chemical enterprises).
- 有EHS体系和标准，如ISO 14001、OHSAS 18001等从编制到认证的经验。
Experience in developing and certifying EHS systems and standards such as ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, etc.
- 持有安全管理人员证书，持有内审员证书或注册安全工程师更佳。
Need to hold a certificate of safety management personnel, preferably an internal auditor certificate or a registered safety engineer
Required Knowledge and Skills:
知识及能力要求：
- 本科及以上学历，硕士优先，英语六级，专业为安全工程、环境工程、制药工程、化工等相关专业。
Bachelor's degree or above, master's degree preferred, English proficiency level 6, major in safety engineering, environmental engineering, pharmaceutical engineering, chemical engineering or related majors.
- 能够阅读工作相关的英文，能够英文沟通优先
Able to read job related English, good conversational skills preferred
- 能够独立负责或领导EHS项目，制定项目计划、分配资源、监督项目进展，并确保项目按时、按质量完成。
Capable of independently managing or leading EHS projects, developing project plans, allocating resources, monitoring project progress, and ensuring timely and quality completion of projects.
- 反应敏捷，能够处理一般突发事件。
Capable of handling general emergencies agilely.
- 组织过新员工及大型的EHS培训经验优先。
Experience in organizing new employees and large-scale EHS training is preferred.
