Roles and Responsibilities
1.Individuals with expertise in EHS management system(EHS framework, ISO14001, 45001, 50001); Responsible for whole North region(service & sales, two repair centers,ATC) EHS compliance assurances and management.
- Maintain compliance with local EHS regulations, as related to operations, ensure zero Non-compliance notice/penalty from government.
- Coordinate EHS training ensure regulatory training completion rate , lead EHS compliance internal audits, and maintain EHS records. Ensure resolution and effective closure of all regulatory findings within 30 days.
- Ensure all GEHC required tools, programs and management systems are properly implemented and that EHS work plans/documentation required to support programs and management systems are comprehensive and up to date. Complete required reports timely and with 100% accuracy.
- Provide technical expertise EHS Framework2.0 programs to implement best in class EHS programs. Ensure EHS framework/LSP implementation.
- Proactively drive continuous improvement in EHS programs, utilizing best practices and changes in technology.
- Organize and track all of field engineers/application engineers occupational disease physical check and ensure zero physical check overdue.
- Establish/follow up region risk reduction plan annually to ensure zero seriousinjury/illness.
- Participate in NPI/TOW projects review.
- Implement ISO14001,45001,50001 management system.
2. Knowledgeable of EHS regulations that impact operations.
3. Ability to manage and influence organization culture, personnel, and EHS programs at multiple locations. Able to influence, motivate, and communicate to employees in a dispersed work environment.
4. Promote a positive EHS culture at all levels of the organization.
5. Participate in GEHC EHS conference calls, meetings, teams and task forces in order to proactively share best practices across GE Healthcare and share lessons in North region.
6. Participate in Business-level Audit program, and Internal Audit Mechanism.
7. Work within GEHC Quality Policy, ensuring a clear commitment to quality and compliance and participate in that commitment through everyday actions.
8. Responsibility to lead EHS focal team or coaching , operation excellence , and team performance .
9.Work as Radiation safety officer and responsible for region radiation safety compliance.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree above; 5+ years working experience
2. Formal qualification in Occupational Safety & Heath; Environmental Engineering; related field; or relevant experience.
3. Experience and proven track record of successfully leading safety, compliance, and environmental programs.
4. Auditing qualification and/or relevant experience
5. Demonstrated ability to lead process/project implementation in a team environment.
6. Excellent organization and time management skills; ability to prioritize and drive multiple programs.
