What you will do
Online Marketing Campaigns:
1. Collaborate closely with marketing departments to ensure brand strategy well implemented cross multi-touchpoints especially for E-commerce campaigns.
Lead online branded retail channel campaigns for brand building, E-commerce promotion seasons and CRM.
Improve marketing efficiency:
1. Develop E-commerce marketing strategy for paid traffic, short-video, live-streaming and content cross channels.
Lead in E-commerce marketing efficiency tracking and KPI analysis and provided regular E-com ROI insight to optimize performance marketing and paid traffic.
Innovation & New Product Launch:
1. Identify the trends/opportunities and work with cross-functional teams to translate consumer insights to E-commerce portfolio roadmap and executable plan, and lead the NPD process to ensure successful product launch.
Drive new product launches across Tmall and JD to maximize commercial results.
Enable data-driven decision making:
Support Marketing & E-commerce Director cultivate data-driven culture by developing eCommerce analytical models, establishing monitoring system and sharing data insights to key stakeholders.
What we want you
- Strong analytical skills and project management skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin
- Good influencing and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and strong willingness to develop self and others
- Minimum 6 years experience in a large FMCG organization
- Bachelor degree or above
