- Lead the development and execution of diagnostic strategies within early and late-stage clinical development programs, aligning diagnostic milestones with clinical development milestones and the overall biomarker strategy.
- Provide scientific input to China drug development teams on diagnostic-related elements of study design and execution, integrating diagnostic technologies into clinical protocols.
- Serve as the internal scientific representative for diagnostic aspects, collaborating with both local and global teams and engaging externally with health authorities, key opinion leaders, and external partners.
- Manage the diagnostic launch readiness process, ensuring timely preparation for product introduction.
- Contribute to the design, implementation, and analysis of investigator-initiated diagnostic studies.
- Support the adoption and integration of advanced diagnostic platforms, such as PCR, NGS, IHC, and immunoassays, into clinical research efforts.
