In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Lead or participate in many kinds of NPD project, such as game changing technology, market coverage, margin expansion and core.
- Complete design tasks in alignment with project schedules, including valve and actuator design, engineering calculations, simulations, drawing creation, and project management.
- Evaluate product portfolios and performance based on customer feedback and comparisons with mainstream products, initiating improvement projects for existing platforms.
- Maintain accurate engineering system parameters to meet functional team requirements and company targets.
- Coordinate with functional teams to expedite responses and provide solutions based on customer requirements, performing related calculations, analysis, and designs.
- Summarize and document any issues encountered during project implementation, including project delays, resource allocation, scope changes, and discrepancies between customer expectations and actual outcomes.
- Complete additional programs and activities as required in a timely manner.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in mechanical engineering or a related field.
- Proven design experience in mechanical engineering or related areas.
- Proficiency with CAD software (Solidworks preferred) and simulation software (ANSYS preferred).
- Strong project execution capabilities, an effective approach, and experience in process improvement.
- Excellent customer service skills, communication abilities, and leadership qualities.
- Proficiency in English (speaking, listening, writing, and reading).
