Therefore, to expand our capabilities we are looking for a Customer Service & Operations Sepcialist who will share our values and become part of our friendly M9 Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the transportation of goods from origin to destination, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to customer requirements.Communicate effectively with clients, carriers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of shipments.
- Guides the customers through complex logistics processes via road, rail, ocean, and air.
- Provide a high level of customer service by developing and maintaining a strong relationship with customers’ front-line personnel.
- Input shipment information in operation system in time.
- Assist in quotation.
- Perform other duties as assigned by manager.
Requirements
- At least 2 years’ experience in customer service operation in freight forwarding industry.
- College degree or above, with good English listening, speaking, and writing skills.
- Be proficient in office software including Excel, Word, Outlook.
- Be patient and meticulous, proactive, and cheerful.
- Have an affinity for customers and good customer maintenance skills.
