TOTEME was founded in 2014 by Elin Kling and Karl Lindman. From the atelier in Stockholm, we create collections spanning ready-to-wear, shoes, bags, accessories and jewelry.
The Role
TOTEME is looking for a CRM & Loyalty Manager to join our team in Shanghai full-time. In this role, you'll drive client engagement and loyalty across the APAC region. You will own the strategy and execution of regional loyalty programs and clienteling initiatives, ensuring a localized yet brand-aligned approach. You will lead initiatives to strengthen relationships with our community of clients and oversee tools, platforms, and regional partnerships that support our global CRM ambitions. This role will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners across China, South Korea, and Japan. You’ll report to our Head of CRM & loyalty.
Responsibilities
- Localize and execute TOTEME’s global CRM & Loyalty strategy using regional insights and customer data.
- Own and lead APAC loyalty programs from commercial planning to technical execution and service development.
- Design and implement regional clienteling strategies in partnership with the retail teams.
- Drive engagement through tailored initiatives such as gifting, private events, and bespoke experiences.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with global CRM, marketing, retail, and e-commerce teams to ensure alignment.
- Own the tools and platforms used for CRM in the region, for example Salesforce and WeCom.
- Manage relationships with key external CRM partners across China, South Korea, and Japan.
- Build and nurture relationships with our top VIC clients shopping through e-commerce channels.
- Participate in and contribute to TOTEME’s social and environmental sustainability strategy.
Your Profile
- Extensive experience in CRM within retail, with a strong focus on APAC markets—ideally within the luxury segment.
- Deep understanding of client behavior and expectations in China, with additional knowledge of the South Korean and Japanese markets.
- Proven track record in loyalty program operations and CRM tool management.
- Confident using platforms such as Salesforce and local clienteling tools like WeCom.
- Skilled in stakeholder management, both internal cross-functional teams and external regional partners.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese; proficiency in Japanese or Korean is a strong plus.
