Job Description
协助销售部门对于赊销客户进行信息审核及系统维护，客户信用等级的评定及信用状况的维护；
定期向客户发送应收帐款对账单及超期催款通知，尤其是对于超期客户进行管理:催款、禁运及解控等；
定期制作信用管理工作报告，对客户帐龄和风险进行分析并与销售团队进行沟通并落实对应的措施，以提升收款效率降低坏账风险；
及时向信用经理反馈风险客户情况，并配合申请发送律师函及法律诉讼资料的收集和联系跟进；
销售合同、返利协议的收集，计算并返还操作，编制返利清单等；
财务的其他相关事项。
Qualifications
有较强的沟通协调能力，性格外向，并具备一定的抗压能力；
具备日常工作交流的英语听说能力，能够独立处理英文邮件。 粤语流利者优先；
熟练使用Microsoft Excel，具备数据处理能力。 有 Oracle 系统使用经验者优先；
两年或以上财会相关工作经验，有外企工作经验者优先。有应收账款或信用管理工作经验者优先。
EDUCATION:
大学本科以上学历，财务或会计相关专业。
