Controlling Analyst

YOUR TASKS
- Responsible for SG&A expense planning, quarterly forecast and monthly analysis.
- Responsible for company cash flow planning, rolling forecast and monthly analysis.
- Control and analyse the cost deviations and make sure all cost items are properly booked and allocation are correct.
- Support Plant Controller and FSSC for the month end closing.
- Support for the yearly internal and external audit activity.
- Good bridge between SG&A department and controlling, active participation in SG&A department as business partner to give effective suggestions to improve their KPI.
- Lead and drive weekly SG&A Safeguard program (incl. Functional area target), proactively track the SG&A cost &Function area target, challenge and coordinate with SG&A departments to ensure the SFG target achievement
- Support company reporting tasks.
- Other ad hoc projects/ job assigned by Department Manager
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor degree , Minimum 3 years FP&A or Controlling related experience; CPA preferred, but not must.
- Familiar with SAP-CO module ; Knowledge of Data warehouse is a plus.
- Good command of written and oral English;
- Good presentation skill and good team work.
- Strong sense of responsibility, quick learner and be able to work under pressure.
