Job Description:
Huntsman’s Corporate is now looking for a Cash Application Analyst(12months contractor).
This role is located in Panyu Site, Guangzhou.
Reports to: Global Cash Application Team Lead
As the Analyst, your responsibilities are:
- Timely and accurately apply cash receipts with clearing accounts receivable.
- 及时将现金银行存款（包括银行承兑汇票和商业承兑汇票）做进SAP并正确清理AR
- Support ad hoc improvement projects of Cash Application Team to develop various financial templates, tools and systems by VBA.
- 支持组内自动化等各种项目的工作安排
- Timely resolve unallocated receipts (e.g. due to insufficient information, discrepancies) by following up with customers and relevant departments .Cooperate with Credit team on Accounts Receivable adjustment and clearance.
- 及时清理未入账现金及未处理应收账款
- Timely update standard operation procedure documents of Cash Application Team.
- 及时更新标准流程文件
- Other tasks which assigned by management.
- 完成由管理团队分配的其他工作任务
Knowledge / Experience / Skills Needed
Education:
Bachelor Degree in Accounting or above. Negotiable if the ability is particularly strong.
Experiences:
Have experiences on complex AR reconciliation will be preferred.
Know-how/skills:
- SAP
- Proficient in Excel, have basic knowledge about VBA, know Macro will be preferred
- Good at English communication, able to handle telephone enquiries, problem logs, basic emails and status reports to a professional standard
