Partner with the best
As Application Engineer, you will provide technical/commercial support as a key member of the Valves Application Engineering Center of Excellence. This includes supporting both standard and non-standard valve technical selection, proposal generation, supporting direct opportunities.
As a Consolidated Application Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Analyzing customer specifications and technical requirements to develop optimized Valve solutions.
- Providing technical expertise and develops technical and commercial solutions for both budgetary and firm safety valve proposals.
- Developing commercial proposals with appropriate price and cost details.
- Working as member of cross-functional team to gain expertise in application engineering, development engineering, manufacturing, sourcing and commercial disciplines.
- Supporting technical clarification meetings and negotiations with customers to fulfill customer needs, technical excellence and commercial viability of Valves solutions
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a Bachelor with major in Mechanical, Technology or Engineering field. Have deep knowledge of Valve technology and industry applications.
- Have at least 3 years AE experience in Valves Product is an advantage
- Have good oral and written communication, interpersonal, leadership and technical negotiation skills.
- Have ability to work with multi-functional, decentralized teams.
- Have availability to travel for business (less than 20%).
- Display Fluency in English and Chinese.
