In order to support our business we are looking for an Application Engineer.
Position Summary:
The TCS Application Engineer works under the guidance of TCS Application Manager and focuses on supporting Datacolor Textile Customers from the presales to aftersales stage. Strong communication and organizational skills are needed with attention to customer problems. Works closely with salesperson or hardware engineer.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Application Support after sales
- Installation and training
- Service Contract sales
- Solved the questions met in application for customers
- Presales Support
- Other tasks required by manager
Experience & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Textile Chemistry and Dyeing & Finishing Engineering, Textile Engineering, or similar.
- Good command of English both in written and oral. Good oral Cantonese.
- Team work spirit & good interpersonal communication skill.
- Willing to Travel.
