We are looking for a Compliance Assistant to join our Risk & Compliance team in China. In this role you will join an international team of colleagues of compliance in Hong Kong, Singapore, China, Australia and India in our Corporate and Legal Solutions (“CLS”) business unit.

Your Position

You will report directly to the Compliance Lead for China CLS and be responsible to ensure risk and compliance with the relevant legal and regulatory requirements as well as in-house policies and procedures for China. Your key responsibilities will include –

- To provide independent sound risk & compliance advice and support on client acceptance based on the prevailing company and group policies as well as the relevant local legislation, rules and industry practice.

- To conduct risk & compliance monitoring on a timely basis, including but not limited to regular review of client entities, transaction monitoring, processing & clearance of suspicious hits, and specific thematic review(s).

- To deal with Internal Audit inspections or enquiries if needed.

- To conduct risk & compliance investigation pertaining to incidents, complaints or administration issues (where required).

- To conduct risk & compliance induction to new staff and provide ongoing risk & compliance training to existing staff

- To prepare relevant risk & compliance management information & reports
准备相关风险控制及合规管理信息和报告。
- To participate in ad-hoc risk & compliance related projects.

Your Profile
要求
- Degree holder in Law, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related discipline.
拥有法律、会计、金融、工商管理或相关专业的学位。
- Fluency in English communication will be preferred (oral and in writing).
具有流利的英语交流能力者优先（口头和书面）。
- 3+ years’ experience of successfully working within a Compliance function will be a plus.
拥有 3 年及以上在合规职能部门成功工作经验者优先。
- Good understanding of corporate services business and sound knowledge of local regulations of China will be a plus.
对企业服务业务有良好的了解，并且熟悉中国当地相关法律法规者优先。
- Strong organization and time management skills.

- Ability to independently and effectively work with different stakeholders.
