What will you be doing?
The successful internship candidate will support the Finance Operations team in our Shanghai office.
Job Responsibilities
- Apply payment through Coupa system
- Issue China VAT invoice, reconcile NetSuite billings with China tax system.
- Weekly cash report
- Match cash collection against open receivables
- Assist with ad hoc tasks as assigned by the company
- Report to Finance Operations Manager
Requirements
- Undergraduate or postgraduate student in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Previous internship experience
- Good command of written English at least
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work
- Quick learner
Term of Internship:
- Availability: immediate start preferred
- Duration: A commitment of 6 months or more is preferred
- Schedule: 3 days per week (flexible based on workload)
- Location: Hybrid, Shanghai China
