As a Certified Optima Solutions Professional, you will provide technical services based on customer needs. You'll report to Optima Solutions Site Manager, and base in Shanghai.
Key Responsibilities
- Solve all kinds of technical problems in the process of coating application to ensure smooth production.
- Responsible for the secure launch of new projects, including coordinate the development of new colors, line trial, color matching and performance tests.
- Optima production process, improve production efficiency and product quality.
- Strengthen the communication with the laboratory, feedback on on-site issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, major in chemical engineering or related.
- More than 1 year's working experience.
- Automotive coatings related experience, or desire to work in the coatings industry.
- Capability of using written English.
