We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join our team as Associate in Beijing, China. You will be involved in a wide range of interesting and challenging deals, often spanning multiple jurisdictions. Responsibilities:
As an Associate you will embody drive, embrace change and take risks. You will influence others to solve problems and be a team player in our Restructuring business.
Take part in high-profile insolvency and restructuring assignments and investigations and complex cross-border matters;
Assisting with day-to-day management of engagements such as financial and operational restructuring, official and voluntary liquidations, other formal and informal insolvency and restructuring procedures;
Drafting sections of detailed, complex reports and documents for Courts, creditors and stakeholders; and
Monitoring progress and ensuring completion of client work to statutory and client deadlines
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field;
CA and/or CPA qualification;
A minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience in restructuring/ forensic accounting/ insolvency advisory field;
Driven, displays leadership skills, influences others as well as collaborative problem solver;
Risk tolerant and comfortable in a rapidly changing environment
Good business sense and a proactive, can-do attitude;
Ability to practically apply knowledge to identify issues and solve complex problems;
Strong financial, business analytical and report writing skills; and
Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
