Maintain quality manual, quality procedures, quality record forms质量手册、程序文件、操作文件、记录等文件管理 ISO document control and distribution质量管理体系文件分发和控制 Internal ISO training 质量管理体系相关内部培训 Internal and external audits内、外部审计 New supplier qualification新原料供应商的批准 Supplier audits供应商审计 Non-conformity/CAR management for resin and copolymer products and raw materials不符合项、不合格原料、不合格中间品、不合格成品的管理 Customer questionnaires and audits客户调查问卷和审计 Customer complaints logbook 客户投诉登记 Arrange quality meetings and reports组织质量会议及报告 Administrate the change management process 变更管理 Arrange management review meetings组织管理评审会议 Monthly quality reports月度质量报告
Other management Systems其他体系
Assist the initiation and management of other management system, for instance, OHSAS18001, ISO14001 system and etc. 协助其它管理体系的建立和管理，如OHSAS18001，ISO14001等体系 Assist Halal/Kosher/WQA related issues where required (e.g. audits) 支持和协助清真/犹太洁食/WQA等相关事项，如审计等
Government Technical Projects 政府科技项目
Internal in charge and coordination for government technical projects application协调和主管政府科技项目的申报 Handling documentation for government related projects and certifications for technical department 组织政府科技项目申报所需的资料 Prepare and submit government technical projects related reports 填写政府科技项目相关报表和报告 Contact and relationship maintain with government Science &Technical Bureau/ Economic &Information Committee联系和维持科技项目申报相关政府部门和人员，如科技局、经信委等 Other relevant works required by government 政府要求的其它相关工作
Patent Applications 专利申请
Organizing technical documentation 组织准备技术资料 Work with patent lawyers on patent application process 就专利申请事项与专利事务所进行合作
Others 其他
Assist on AP500 documentation as required按要求协助AP500资料准备
And any other duty and responsibility as required by management 其他管理层要求的工作和职责
Job Requirements任职要求
Bachelor’s degree or above in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field;本科及以上学历，化工/化学相关专业；
Over 10 years of work experience, with at least 5 years in a relevant position;工作经验10年以上，相关工作岗位工作经验5年以上；
Excellent communication, organizational, and coordination skills;很好的沟通能力、组织能力、协调能力；
Strong spoken English skills are preferred.英语口语表达能力强优先。
