Description and Requirements

Job Summary:
An AP Senior Service Logistics Manager oversees and optimizes an AP logistics operations, ensuring the efficient and cost-effective movement of goods and materials. This role involves developing and implementing logistics strategies, managing teams, negotiating with vendors, and analyzing performance to improve overall efficiency. They also ensure compliance with regulations and maintain high service levels. Logistics knowledge and strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning and Implementation: Develop and implement logistics strategies that align with company objectives, focusing on cost reduction and service enhancement.
2. Team Management: Supervise and manage AP logistics teams across several countries, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
3. Vendor Management: Monitor contracts and rates with transportation providers, suppliers, and other logistics partners, manage their operations efficiency and optimize our logistic network.
4. Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, storage, and distribution processes to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize waste.
5. Transportation Management: Coordinate and optimize transportation routes, modes, and schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
6. Reverse and redemption Management: Define solutions and BMS to ensure parts are collected from POU timely and co-work with WW team to improve parts redemption efficiency.
7. Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to logistics operations, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement.
8. Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
9. Customer Service: Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
10. Budget Management: Manage logistics budgets, track expenses, and identify opportunities for cost savings.
11. Problem Solving: Resolve logistics-related issues and challenges, working with internal teams and external partners to find solutions.
12. Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve logistics processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on logistics performance to senior management.
Job Requirements:
1. Leadership and Management experience: Ability to lead and motivate a team, delegate tasks, and provide constructive feedback, minimum 5 years working experience on service logistic
2. Bachelor degree or above, overseas education background or work experience is preferred,
3. Excellent English written and oral communication skills, English will be the working language.
4. Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement long-term logistics strategies.
5. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
6. Communication Skills: English is a must, able to work in an English environment, Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with team members, vendors, and stakeholders.
7. Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate favorable rates and terms with vendors.
8. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve complex logistics issues.
9. Technical Skills: Proficiency in using logistics software, inventory management systems, and other relevant technologies.
10. Knowledge of Logistics Processes: Deep understanding of warehousing, transportation, inventory management, and supply chain principles.
11. Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of relevant regulations, safety standards, and best practices.
12. Financial Acumen: Understanding of budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.
