The Accounting Senior Analyst is primarily accountable for general accounting and reporting through timely and accurate service delivery.
Role and Responsibilities
- Responsible in preparing, uploading of entries to facilitate month-end activities.
- Prepare aging schedules, account analysis and bank reconciliations, following up unreconciled items and monitor deliverable outputs.
- Reconciliation of accounts and balance sheet items for audit and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in month end and year end closing
- Prepare statistical and other reports as required by management, government and regulatory bodies
- Assist in handling ad hoc assignments/projects
- University graduated in Accounting and Finance.
- 3-5 years of experience working in the areas of Accounting and Finance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, MS Access, Business Objects applications, Lawson, Hyperion Essbase.
- Have strong attention to details.
- Good command of written and oral English. Cantonese is preferred.
- Demonstrate unwavering commitment and resolute decision making.
- Excellent analytical, research and problem-solving skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of expenses management, payment systems and operations.
- Solid interpersonal skills to interact with, establish relationships with the international business units.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to be flexible to changing environments.
- Ability to work independently and willing to collaborate with other team members.
