About the Role
高级经理，租赁及运营管理
岗位职责：
- 参与和管控办公楼租赁的规划并时时跟踪落实情况；
- 作为业主代表，参与关键租户的租约谈判，并就所有租赁代理提交的租赁签约申请进行全面审核；
- 跟进和促进重点客户，特别是政府推荐客户的合作，全程参与合同谈判及租赁签约;
- 根据市场信息，监控第三方代理租赁策略，分析及总结经验，并根据情况提出调整要求;
- 根据项目运营情况，处理项目不同业态之间的运营协调事宜；
- 持续进行既有租户/客户的维护，跟进客户续租的谈判、签约；
- 跟进租户满意度调研情况，提出运营管理优化要求和建议；
- 协助进行租赁预算管理。
岗位要求：
- 大学本科以上学历； 8年以上知名办公项目租赁工作经验；
- 优秀的谈判能力, 数字能力及分析能力；
- 具备五大行或知名商业地产开发商的相关租赁工作经验。
