- Build a tiered VIP player management system and develop differentiated operational strategies.
- Respond to and resolve VIP player issues in a timely manner through online channels, maintain strong relationships with VIP players, and enhance their overall satisfaction.
- Conduct regular in-depth interviews with VIP users to provide suggestions for product improvement and monetization optimization.
- Establish a KOC (Key Opinion Consumer) development plan and collaborate with social media to cultivate loyal brand advocates.
- Proactively monitor and report potential risks, including negative public sentiment, emergencies, and major game bugs.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor’s degree or above, with strong English reading and writing skills; English-related majors are preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in overseas game user operations; candidates with experience leading player guilds or communities are preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, emotional intelligence, and stress resilience; strong ability to understand player psychology.
- Highly service-oriented, responsible, detail-minded, and patient.
- Passionate about the gaming industry, with deep knowledge of mainstream overseas genres such as MMORPG and casual competitive games, and strong insight into Western player behavior.
- Candidates with experience living or studying in Europe or North America are preferred.
