About the Role
岗位：高级经理，消费者权益保护综合岗
主要职责：
1、协调各相关部门完善本机构的消费者权益保护工作机制；
2、向分公司消费者权益保护工作领导小组报告消保工作落实情况，提请消费者权益保护工作领导小组审议、决策，协调解决消费者权益保护工作的重大问题；
3、负责对分公司与消费者权益相关的规章制度、协议文本和业务宣传资料等事项开展消保审查，并出具审查意见；
4、负责分析业务经营过程中分公司产品或服务存在的违反消费者权益保护法律、法规、规章的缺陷、瑕疵或风险隐患，并发出风险提示与建议；
5、负责总公司相关宣传教育与内部培训工作在本机构的落实；
6、负责对接监管机构及总公司对消费者权益保护工作的专项检查，督促分公司各部门对检查结果及时跟进整改。
任职基本要求：
1、全日制大学本科以上学历，经济、金融、法律类专业优先；
2、具有3年及以上消费者权益保护相关岗位工作经验；
3、具备较强的文字表达能力和独立的思考能力，工作严谨细致；
4、具有良好的沟通协调能力，强烈的责任心、学习能力和团队合作精神。
