Description and Requirements
岗位职责:
1. 消费方案服务智能体产品(想帮帮AI智能体)及以智能体驱动的产品offering矩阵的规划、定义、验证、设计开发到落地和运营;
2. 构建消费方案服务智能体及其智能体衍生产品矩阵的商业化经营路径,打造 "智能体即服务" 的创新商业模式;
3. 与技术团队紧密合作,明确产品需求PRD,推动AI技术在智能化产品中的应用与创新,评估和优化AI Agent性能,持续提升产品的智能化水平;
4. 基于公司战略,洞悉市场动态趋势,结合互联网领先的用户经营策略,推动消费方案服务产品的销售和用户增长;
5. 与前后端各部门紧密合作,推动以用户为中心的产品开发与技术路径演进,确保平台高效、稳定,持续升级用户体验。
岗位要求:
1. 6 年以上产品相关工作经验,期中3+年涉及AI产品,本科及以上学历;
2. 具备 to C工具型AI产品工作经验,具备基于场景的AI产品转化能力,对相关技术实现方式有认识和判断力,具备推动商业化落地的经验;
3. 具备极强的自驱力、快速学习能力及知识迁移能力,对新的业务领域和专业知识可快速学习、转化并落地;
4. 对数据敏感,具备AI产品数据分析能力,且能够熟练使用相关技术、工具;
5. 可使用英文进行办公者优先。
