You will act as the center of control and people rely on your support and skill to keep things running smoothly as you take care of budgets, expenses, ordering supplies, answering calls and emails.

岗位职责:

全面负责工厂薪酬福利相关工作,包含但不局限于:

  • 月度,季度,年度预算管理
  • 负责月度薪资计算
  • 负责SG5及以下人员薪资调整相关工作
  • 负责社会保险和公积金管理,工伤申报等相关工作
  • 员工退休管理(含档案领取)
  • 残保金申报与支付
  • 负责商业保险费用管理、保险公司驻场医务人员管理
  • 负责工厂年度福利体检项目、节假日福利采购与下发
  • 第三方派遣公司薪酬福利证明抽查

考勤管理:

  • 考勤系统管理,包含不局限于,供应商管理、系统规则设计、变更、考勤员权限管理、主数据管理等
  • 负责综合工时的申请
  • 负责月度考勤签核,加班,休假等监督检查等
  • 完成各类分析报告并根据业务需求不断优化,并能基于分析报告提出有建设性的洞察:包含但不局限于工厂、中国区,AMEA及政府相关报告
  • 作为工厂奖励认可子系统负责人,负责组织奖励认可项目的设计、更新、实施、宣传及费用管理等 负责组织SG5及以下人员月度绩效考核方案的制定、更新、健康检查等相关工作
  • 从薪酬福利角度支持工厂各类审核:包含但不局限于质量、安全、政府等内外部审核
  • 负责工作居住证的申请、办理等相关工作 负责公章、人事章、证明信的管理工作
  • 完成上级经理交代的其他工作

任职要求:

  • 统招本科及以上学历; 5年以上薪酬福利从业经验,制造业或快消领域薪酬福利从业经验优先;
  • 熟练使用各种办公软件,有良好的Excel公式运用及PPT设计能力;
  • 具备一定的数据分析能力,如熟练使用Power BI等工具;
  • 熟悉北京当地薪酬福利相关政策;
  • 具有使用各类人力资源办公系统的经验,如铂金等 具有良好的服务意识、沟通能力和团队合作意识,强烈的责任感;
  • 拥抱变化,对新事物具有开放态度;
  • 具备一定的英语读写能力;
