Description and Requirements
岗位职责：
1、设计AI产品的技术架构，确保其可扩展性、高性能和安全性。
2、领导关键技术攻关，固化最佳实践，提升团队AI技术能力。
3、设计制定AI产品技术路线图和优先级。
岗位要求：
1、计算机科学、人工智能、数据科学等相关领域的硕士及以上学位。
2、5年以上技术架构设计经验，有成功领导大型AI项目或数字化转型的经历。
3、精通软件工程，熟悉大模型推理优化、微调，智能体协同等技术。
4、出色的沟通表达能力和系统架构思维。
