1. Division Marketing Strategy
Develop and implement the marketing strategy for the assigned product line.
Align product-specific marketing plans with overall brand and company objectives.
Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape within the product category.
2. Product Launch & Go-to-Market (GTM)
Own the end-to-end GTM process for new product introductions in the division.
Define positioning, messaging, target segments, and channel tactics.
Work with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Design, Supply Chain) to coordinate product rollouts.
3. Campaign Planning & Execution
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, social, PR, retail, influencer, etc.).
Collaborate with in-house creative and external agencies for marketing assets (ads, videos, packaging, etc.).
Monitor campaign performance and optimize for reach, engagement, and conversion.
4. Sales & Channel Marketing Support
Develop sales enablement tools (presentations, brochures, product sheets).
Support channel partners, resellers, and retailers with customized marketing materials.
Coordinate product training and launch events for internal sales and external partners.
5. Content & Messaging Development
Develop compelling value propositions and product messaging for the assigned line.
Oversee creation of digital content including web copy, product landing pages, videos, and social media assets.
Ensure consistency in tone, brand voice, and visual identity across all touchpoints.
6. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Track KPIs such as sell-in/sell-through, campaign ROI, traffic, and customer feedback.
Analyze performance data to refine strategies and identify growth opportunities.
Report regularly to senior leadership on results and insights.

为指定产品线开发引人入胜的价值主张和产品信息。
监督数字内容的创作,包括网页文案、产品落地页、视频和社交媒体素材。
确保所有接触点的语气、品牌形象和视觉识别保持一致。
6. 绩效监控与报告
跟踪关键绩效指标 (KPI),例如销售率/销售率、活动投资回报率、流量和客户反馈。
分析绩效数据,完善策略并发现增长机会。
定期向高层领导汇报成果和洞察。
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
2. 5–10 years of marketing experience, preferably in consumer electronics, mobile, or tech products.
3. Experience managing a specific product line or category is highly preferred.
4. Project management skills; ability to juggle multiple campaigns across regions or markets.
5. Competence in managing marketing budgets, timelines, and creative workflows.
6. Analytical and detail-oriented, with a customer-obsessed mindset.
7. Multilingual ability or global brand experience is a plus.
