This level of work applies to time served (apprentice or in-role) operating (but not interrogating/programming) high complexity or quality critical processes under clearly defined production processes and procedures. Focuses on daily and weekly activities. Performance of multiple activities specific in objective and content.
JOB PURPOSE
根据部门下达的生产指令，按照作业流程和要求完成投料、混合、调整等生产工序，并确保工作过程符合TS16949、VDA6.3等质量标准体系的要求，最终满足客户的需求为公司创造价值。
Key Responsibilities:
- 遵守公司EHS政策、程序和工作指令；
- 在开始任何一项作业或工作前，必须考虑EHS 要求，确保工作安全地开展。防止出现/尽量降低安全风险、环境污染或其他隐患；
- 熟悉其工作场所存在的危害物质的安全材料数据表
- 根据安排，参加所有EHS培训以及安全会议；协助领班和同事执行相关EHS规定
- 出现事故或未遂事故以及危险物质暴露时，立即上报领班；
- 按照要求正确佩戴劳动防护用品、遵守本工种的环境、健康、安全生产操作规程和作业指导书。
- 根据产品的技术数据，向仓库进行领料（包括贵金属原料），核对、签收。
- 根据SOP要求及工作指令单，进行投料作业，使用相关搅拌、研磨等设备，生产出符合技术标准的浆料供下道工序使用。
- 根据生产规范如实记录生产过程中的质量控制点数据
- 在生产过程中，按照要求检测浆料产品特性并依据结果及程序调整产品性能使其满足产品规范，提供最终样品供质量部门检验并要对每一个样品作好跟踪记录。
- 遵守生产巡回检查和记录制度，及时准确完成生产原始记录；
- 负责岗位管辖现场设备装置的巡检工作，认真检查，记录详细；
- 监视生产设备仪表上的数据，随时检查生产过程中的安全隐患，及时处理或上报；
- 参与对工厂设备的维修保养工作，配合设备管理部门做好设备定期维护保养；
- 严格执行设备、设施、物料的定置管理，保证工作场所的清洁、整齐和有序；
- 执行TS16949程序，在生产操作中贯彻执行。
- 完成生产主管分配的其他任务。
