Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in operations or business management, and vendor management.
- 7 years of experience using analytics or applying project management tools to address business issues.
- 5 years of experience working with executive stakeholders and developing sales strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.
- Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin fluently in order to support the client management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience managing and influencing external partner teams in advertising, sales or customer experience workflows.
- Experience in operations and business performance management along with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Experience with digital media strategies or advertising and marketing solutions.
- Experience working in globally or geographically dispersed teams.

You will drive the performance and success of a GCS customer segment or workflow. The team must develop relationships across an internal and external network of stakeholders to manage both short term business growth performance and long term business sustainability for a variety of complex, go-to-market customer segments. You will own driving in-quarter performance for the operations, and develop strategies with the vendor partners to drive operational excellence and mitigate performance risks. You are responsible for enabling the vendor partner long-term success by advocating changes, influencing internal partner teams with on-the ground feedback and evaluating the efficacy of the vendor partner’s capabilities and infrastructure as this customer segment evolves. You will lead the evolving our customer strategies, leveraging AI and new technologies to accelerate GCS growth.

- Achieve business operation metrics for designated programs, analyze performance trends and implement solutions across vendor partners. Lead weekly business performance reviews with vendors, driving agendas and ensuring follow-through on action items to improve performance.
- Utilize customer segment and business operations knowledge to identify and implement operational enhancements.
- Oversee operations through regular vendor site visits to establish standard procedures and enhance workforce capabilities. Employ change management frameworks to execute operational changes and develop mitigation plans for vendor success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence program, product, and technology strategies for specific customer segments.
- Govern the quality of regional business operations, manage escalations, and drive learned standard procedures. Engage with internal teams to design and implement collaboration and training.
