We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller to join our customer service team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer queries, providing product/service information, and ensuring customer satisfaction through professional communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to address customer inquiries.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and processes.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, feedback, and transactions.
- Follow communication scripts and standard operating procedures.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Meet daily/weekly call handling and service quality targets.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering courteous and efficient service.
