Job Profile: Team Leader of Siemens Mobility China Operational Procurement & Customs Officer
What are your responsibilities?
- Build up SMO China project operational procurement process based on existing business practices to further achieve process lean, digitalization and automation
- Symmetrically setup material master data to ensure high transparency and availability of data for continuous digitalization and automation in area of project operational procurement
- Build up a clear structure of Operational Procurement team to satisfy related BU business operation requirement, assigning individual tasks among the team members, optimizing daily working processes to improve productivity, coordinating for team collaboration, learning and knowledge sharing
- Lead OP team to closely work together with Project manager and Project commercial manager to ensure project purchasing activities on track and timely change management to meet project delivery expectation
- Timely track and control Purchase Order result, solve any problem for PO process, prepare vendor’s delivery KPI report and make deep analysis, facilitate to balance GR/IR difference in SPIRIDON system
- Keep eyes on ICC billing and GR status, forecast cash out on monthly basis, review the gap between actual and estimated AP figure, modify forecast process and try to increase forecast accuracy
- Coordinate with internal or external partners and work out counter measures for process and problem solution
- Supervisor for full compliance with national and international customs/foreign trade regulations in terms of implementing and ensuring legally compliant structures and processes in area of mainland China and Hong Kong.
- Full monitoring and smart implementation of customs-related legal changes into operational processes while simultaneously managing and developing strategic and operational guidelines.
- Generate, implement, enforce and monitor applicable internal Siemens Mobility Ltd. guidelines related to customs (Internal Control Program Customs - ICP CU) and provide the associated regulatory and functional requirements for the Corporate IT solutions.

What do you need to qualify for this job?
- 5 years of leadership experience is required
- Operational procurement process automation and digitalization experience is mandatory
- Basic project management know-how
- Siemens SAP MM module operation experience is mandatory
- Excellent coordination and communication skills with internal and external stakeholders, and people development abilities
- Logical thinking, clear-minded, with sharp business acumen
- Coaching and Mentoring skill
- Be proficient at English, both written and spoken
- Proactive, self-driven, can balance well both details & big-picture comprehension
