Principal Responsibilities * To maintain an effective control mechanism with respect to accuracy in pre-activation check, timely limits inputting, orderly safe-keeping of security documents in vault;* To ensure strict compliance with statutory regulations, internal procedures and guidelines to safeguard the Bank from potential loss;* To achieve at minimum “satisfactory”r; rating in Group Audit and external Audit in their audit reports;* To maintain an effective procedure in daily/monthly monitoring;* To review Operations Manual and other related Manuals to ensure they are updated with changes in process and guidelines;* To offer suggestions for process improvement to management and act as communication channel between Management and staff;* Set performance targets for staff and constantly develop, appraise and reward staff according to their performanceEducation and Relevant Experience* Minimum 10 years banking experience in credit control* Bachelor degree from a recognized university* Capable to meet tight deadlines and performs efficiently under pressure with high level of proficiency in leadership, problem solving, developing and coaching, communication, teamwork, planning and organizing.* Ability to guide subordinates and build-up effective teamwork to achieve goals;* Proficiency in both written English and Chinese.* In-depth knowledge in credit and credit operations.* In-depth knowledge on statutory rules and regulations.* Conversant with the Bank’s Credit Policy, Credit Control Policy.* Sound people and project management skills.* Good PC skills.
