Responsibilities* To review credit proposal/memo following internal credit policies and procedures ensuring the correctness of the approval matrix.* To be a checker role to review legal documentation following the loan documentation management guidelines.* To be a checker role to review credit data in the various credit systems.* To assist supervisor to achieve satisfactory rating for both external and internal audits.* To prepare various monitoring report to ensure covenants compliance.* To assist Team Head to review Operation Manual and other related Manuals to ensure it should be updated with changes in process and guidelines accordingly.* To offer suggestions for process improvement.Experience* Minimum 6-7 years banking experience in credit control functionEducation / Preferred Qualifications* Bachelor degree from a recognized university (Minimum)Core Competencies* Good command of both written and spoken English.* Capable to work effectively under pressure and tight deadline.* Innovative and willing to accept new ideas and changes.* Ability to guide juniors and build-up effective teamwork to achieve goals* In-depth knowledge in credit and credit operations* In-depth knowledge on statutory rules and regulations* Conversant with the Bank’s Credit Policy, Credit Control Policy* Good people and project management skills* Good PC skills-en
