Job Description:

Ensure Business proximity with managers and other stakeholders.

Analyze, understand and challenge the managers' needs, and convert them into appealing Job postings.

Proactively acquire expert knowledge on latest and future job markets and trends, and new recruitment tools and techniques.

Identify where our target group is located and how to inspire them.

Establish and maintain long-term relationships with desirable candidates.

Assess candidates throughout the recruitment process and provide constructive feedback to them.

This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.
